However, her passion extended beyond the glitz and glamour of the fashion industry. Driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to society, decided to pursue a career in Biochemistry.
Growing in STEM
Enyonam's interest in Biochemistry took root during her high school years, where she had the opportunity to participate in a research project that explored the biological hierarchy of organisms. Fascinated by the inner workings of cells and their implications for human health, she decided to delve deeper into the subject by pursuing a Bsc Degree in Biochemistry in one of the most prestigious scientific and technological University in Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Her final year project was on Nosocomial Infections and their resistance to antibiotics. is currently enrolled in a renowned university, University of Potsdam Germany where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular biology.
As an upcoming Molecular biologist, is dedicated to unraveling the mysteries of life on a molecular level and its significance in understanding life processes. She is particularly interested in studying genetic regulation and the interplay between genes and environmental factors as well molecular enzymology of fungi especially tyrosinases, Inulinases, laccases. Enyonam's is interested in two areas of research: firstly a focus on understanding how these molecular interactions contribute to the development of genetical diseases and disorders and potential therapeutic interventions. Secondly, extensive study and exploration of fungal enzymes for their biotechnological potential in, food processing, biofuel production, bioremediation, and pharmaceuticals. Her commitment to scientific excellence and her drive to improve human health make her a promising young scientist in the field of Biochemistry and molecular biology.

She actively volunteers her time and efforts to various social causes, ranging from community development to environmental conservation.
